The Accommodation

The apartment (35 square meters) was designed with great attention to detail and combines modern comfort with functional furnishings. It offers everything you need for a pleasant stay:

✔ A compact but well-equipped kitchen – ideal for preparing snacks and meals
✔ A bathroom – with shower, hairdryer, and small toiletries
✔ 1 free parking space in the rear courtyard
✔ Free high-speed Wi-Fi – so you can stay connected at all times
✔ Coffee machine incl. free coffee – for a great start to the day
✔ 1 small balcony with seating

Guest Access

Check-in is easy and flexible via a key safe; you will receive the code in good time before your arrival. This means you can check in independently at any time.

Other things to note

✔ The entire accommodation is exclusively at your disposal.
✔ Bed linen and one set of fresh towels per guest are of course included.
✔ Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM (early check-in/late check-out possible for an additional fee).
✔ The apartment is a non-smoking area – please smoke only outside the building.
✔ An additional visitor’s tax must be paid on site.
✔ Parking: A loading/unloading area is available directly in front of the house. A free parking space is located a few minutes’ walk away.
