ARRIVAL AND PARKING
Our apartment is located in Bad Krozingen, Lammplatz 10. For loading and unloading you can park directly in front of the inn “Zum Roten Lamm”.


For parking for up to 3 hours, we recommend the Schwarzwaldstraße - parking lot "Green" (approx. 4 minutes walk away). Please make sure to use a parking disc.


If you would like to park for a longer period, there is a free parking lot opposite the train station (Kurpark Parkplatz 1 und 2- approx. 7 minutes walk away). We will be happy to issue you with a parking permit. For this we need your license plate number. If you are arriving with several cars, we will be happy to issue additional parking permits. We will leave your parking card at the counter in the restaurant.


CHECK IN

The tourist tax is a financial levy and is mandatory!!! The money is primarily used to finance the maintenance of the local infrastructure. This applies above all to the tourist infrastructure. Specifically, the tax is used, for example, to pay for the cleaning and maintenance of the villages, public toilets, beach showers and paved hiking trails. We ask you to pay the corresponding amount in cash on site in the envelope provided or send it via Pay Pal to info@living-timeless.de.

Please complete the online check-in before your arrival. You will find the personal link in our booking confirmation. Please also indicate all fellow travellers.

Guest card & car park card As soon as all details are complete, we will be happy to issue your guest card and - if required - your car park card. You can collect these from the counter in the restaurant after your arrival.

Arrival before 10:00 pm: The restaurant's sliding door opens automatically.

Access to the apartment: Go through the staircase on the left and follow the signs in the staircase. Alternatively, you can use the elevator. This goes up to the 2nd floor.

Location of the apartment: You will find signs in the stairwell that will show you the way to the apartment. There is another sign with the name of the apartment hanging directly on the door.

Key safe: Right next to the apartment door there is a safe with the magnetic card for the apartment.

Opening the safe: Enter the PIN that we send you one day before your arrival and turn the wheel to the right.



ARRIVAL AFTER 10 PM
If you arrive after 10 p.m., please let us know in advance. Since the restaurant is already closed, the sliding door will remain locked. We will be happy to arrange for you to have access to the apartment.
If you want to leave the house after 10 p.m., and before 10 am. there is a switch at the exit in front of the sliding door to open the sliding door.


ACCESS AFTER 10 PM
If you have already arrived, enter the building with your room card after 10 p.m. To do so, hold the card to the door opener on the mailbox.


HOUSE RULES
By booking you have accepted the house rules - thank you very much! We have put a lot of effort into furnishing the apartment and would like to respect the privacy of all guests in the house. We ask you to observe the following points:

No parties in the apartment.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the stairwell. (Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of €250)

Please only use the designated areas of the apartment.

Pay attention to the quiet times from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
-
Close doors (especially in the evening and at night).
Please also be respectful towards the other residents, after all, you are part of the community for the duration of your stay.

There is a WiFi box in the apartment that ensures stable reception. You can find the password on the side of the box.

WINDOWS AND ROLLER SHUTTERS
The window blinds are operated by touch switch. Please press and hold the up or down arrow for about 2 seconds.

You can find detailed instructions on how to operate the roof windows and roller shutters in this explanatory video - the section from 0:39 to 1:39 minutes is relevant.

WASTE SEPARATION
It is important to us to separate the waste properly. Here is a brief overview:

paper (including cardboard)

Yellow bag (plastic, beverage cans, etc.)
-
residual waste (food scraps, etc.)
-
Glass
The bins for paper, yellow bag and residual waste are located in the flat. Please dispose of glass in the public glass containers.
If the rubbish is full, you can put it on the stairs (red rope) in the stairwell on the ground floor. Housekeeping will then take care of the disposal. Spare bags can be found in your bins.

WASHING MACHINE
There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers on the 3rd floor. Use is free, please bring your own detergent.
DESTINATIONS
Bad Krozingen offers numerous excursion options for all age groups - whether relaxing in the Vita Classica thermal baths or attending a castle concert. You can find more great activities on the Bad Krozingen municipality website.
CHECK OUT
As we put a lot of effort into cleaning and carry out an extended cleaning, we ask you to leave the flat at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please note the following points:

Please put used towels in a pile on the floor.
-
Please switch off all lights.
-
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and let them run (if available)
or wash by hand if necessary. -
Please dispose of rubbish separately and properly.
-
Please leave the flat swept clean.
-
Please check that the tourist tax is on the table.
-
Please put the key back in the key safe.
Late check-out:
For an amount of 10€ per hour we have the possibility to arrange a late check-out up to 2 hours later with the cleaning service. Please contact us to arrange a check-out after 10.00 am.
